Complete the form below to begin your warranty claim or repair.  The information you provide will be used to assess the damage to your sunglasses and determine the fastest, most cost effective means of servicing you. 

Photo File Uploads

Photos of your product are important as they help determine the exact model of your sunglasses, what the issue is, and what needs to be done to rectify the issue.  In addition to your contact information you will be asked to provide six (6) photos:

  • Receipt or order confirmation (required for warranty claims only, not repairs)
  • Product Front View
  • Product Side View
  • Inside Temple Markings (numbers on the inside of the temple/arm)
  • Damage Area (close up)
  • Damage Area (far view)

Freaky Tiki Warranty

All sunglasses purchased from us are warranted for two years from the date of purchase (lifetime for Costa) against any defect in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of sunglasses purchased from us that are found to be defective. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, damage caused by improper or unreasonable use, accidental breakage, or lens scratches. This warranty does not cover shipping costs.
